Evans Property Group is partnering with Dakota Hotels to propose a new high-quality hotel at Northern House on Rougier Street.

The proposals would regenerate this site, provide new jobs, and enhance this area of the city centre through an attractive and sensitive design. The hotel would include 140 bedrooms and a restaurant and bar area.

Evans has partnered with Dakota on several successful projects, so these proposals are deliverable for this city centre location.
